Description:
Standing 180m tall, the 40 storey Swiss Re building is the one of the most recognisable landmarks in London offering 550,000 sq feet of net lettable space.
James and Son Ltd were initially asked, due to our expertise, to carry out the complex ceilings and GRG features to the director’s dining rooms and the main restaurant at the top of the building now called 40/30.
During our time on site we were also involved in the GRG features at the end of each atrium on all floors and we also carried out the complete ceiling installation on levels 22 – 27.
